SHIPPING POLICY
All items purchased before 2:00PM CST. Monday-Friday will ship the next day. All items purchased after 2:00PM CST. on Friday will ship the following Tuesday. We are a one woman show sometimes two if we're lucky that day. We do our best as a small business to get orders out ASAP. We will also do our best to refund the difference of your shipping if you were overcharged or shipping choice chosen is unavailable when we pack your order. *Shipping times are subject to change.*
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for store credit ONLY. Due to high order volumes all returns must be back to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Swimwear and intimates are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Items MUST be returned with original packing and packing slip inside. We MUST have the Order #.

• If packing slip is lost a note MUST be placed inside stating Name, Order #, SKU #, and Address or the return will be REJECTED.

• Aura of the Jungle is NOT responsible for making exchanges. As soon as your return is received it will be processed & a store credit will be immediately sent to you via email or mobile number. (Depending on which you provided at checkout.) After you receive your store credit you can purchase the size you need or purchase a different item.

• Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn, with original tags attached.
• Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s).

• No returns on ANY JEWELRY, headwear, sale items, or custom items.
​
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. Sale items returned will be REJECTED. All items bought with a discount of 30% or more is ineligible for a return.

• If your return is rejected you will be notified & you WILL be responsible for shipping costs back to you.
